Apply This Hotfix
The 2017.0.1 Hotfix is applicable to the official release of AutoCAD 2017 for Mac.
To install AutoCAD 2017 for Mac 2017.0.1 Hotfix, do the following:
Autodesk Autocad 2017 Google Drive
- Close all Autodesk applications before you begin to install the hotfix.
- Double-click AutoCAD2017Hotfix1_R1.dmg to mount the volume.
- Double-click AutoCAD2017Hotfix1.pkg in the new mounted volume to run the installer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Launch AutoCAD for Mac after the installation has completed.
- Click menu AutoCAD 2017, select About AutoCAD, the Product Version should be 'N.49.M.333'. And you should also see 'Hotfix 1' below it.
This hotfix replaces files from the original installation of AutoCAD for Mac and cannot be uninstalled separately.
To uninstall this hotfix, do the following:
- Close AutoCAD for Mac.
- In Finder, navigate to Applications > Autodesk > AutoCAD 2017 and double-click Remove AutoCAD 2017 app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Reinstall AutoCAD for Mac from the original product media or download.
